I was using 10.04, I downloaded 11.10 to a CD and used it to upgrade to 11.10.
The graphics are now a default 600x400 and I am anot sure how to resolve this.
Graphics card is an old AGP GEForce MX200 128, although I am using the right nvidia driver (96) instead of the current one.
I looked at xorg.conf and there is not much there, so do I have to write the file manually or do something else?

xorg.conf looks like this:
Section "Screen"
Identifier "Default Screen"
Option "AddARGBGLXVisuals" "True"
EndSection

Section "Device"
Identifier "Default Device"
Option "NoLogo" "True"
EndSection
