getting error downloadin ubuntu via wubi..plz help..

i am runnin win7 64 bit on my dell xps 15z(laptop)..i wanna download ubuntu 11.10 alongside my windows 7..via wubi.
but i am gettin "permission denied" error aftr wubi download complets and it starts checking..

i really want ubuntu for collge project..
lookin forwrd fr ur suggestion..

There's bug 862003 that gives a false error after installing successfully. Other than that, you'll need to post the log file (from your %temp% directory) for diagnosis (post it between 'code' tags - by clicking on the # above the edit window).
