Frequent system tray crashes when closing windows

Since the KDE 4.7.3 packages arrived in 11.10 a few days ago, the system tray has been crashing on a very frequent basis, usually when closing an application window.

Has anyone else experienced this problem? A Google search doesn't show up anything comparable, so I'm curious to know if others are experiencing this or if it might be a problem just with my system rather than KDE per se.

Any advice on what might be the issue?

4.7.4 is out, give it a go.

haven't used 4.7.3, been using 4.7.4 for two weeks now and haven't had any problems.

Same here. All the bugs I had before had been fixed since I upgraded to 4.7.4.
