getting stuck in eclips installation

new to Ubuntu ,


advised for " how to download and start working in eclipse PHP editor "

with some suggestion, some how i installed the PHP ECLIPSE from the below URL,
" http://space.dl.sourceforge.net/project/phpeclipse/a%29%20Eclipse%203.3.x/PHPEclipse-1.2.3/PHPEclipse-1.2.3.200910091456PRD-bin.zip

as well i have installed the eclipse frame work through ubentu software center, (software is eclipse integrated development environment) , but in this software i am not find any PHP related options,


i want to work in PHP with eclipse editor,

tell me the step by step installation,

Dear friend,

First of all you have to install the eclipse on Ubuntu and then need to add plug-in for PHP.

so first go to website of eclipse and download latest version of IDE.

Then unpack or unzip the downloaded package.

To run eclips it need JVM so install the JVM through terminal.

then double click on it.After just update it with PHP plugin.
