Expose/Window Switcher?

Is there anyway to get teh same sort of Compiz "window switcher" effect to see all my windows at once and then pick one?

I successfully got Compiz running but it completely messed up the theme and was very, very slow. All I require is just that expose like feature. Is there an alternative?

EDIT: I should have read the sticky first. I'm trying it out to see if it's what I'm looking for.

Unfortunately, I give up. All I was looking for was a way to keep greybird's theme and have Compiz work, but it seems it's super complicated to do that :(.
