Netgear WNDA3100 v2 not working with 11.04 on 64 bit machines

I know there are multiple threads on this, but not all identify specifically which Ubuntu version is being addressed. So I am trying to get WNDA3100 v2 working on 11.04 on a 64 bit machine. Can I get all of the cmds/steps necessary to get this device working? If anyone has ever successfully gotten this device to work on 11.04/64 bit.
