Hi,
I'm new to Linux, recently installed ubuntu 11.10 and I need to install Xilinx ISE 12.3 on it
first of all I'm aware of the topic that discusses such installation :

but it doesn't explain the how to handle the license if its on server, in windows i used to go license manager type "number@server_name" then press refresh, but here nothing works, even when click at XPS it doesn't run at all
I have used: "source settings32.sh", i didn't notice any change,
can some body please tell me how to get ISE working from scratch to licensing?
