Is it possible to change the text color of the unity login screen? I changed the background but its almost white so the usernames dont show up very well :P

I see no way to do that in 11.10 and Ubuntu Tweak doesn't offer that option . It was possible to change greeter box and text color in previous versions of Ubuntu .

Thats too bad. Just wondering... do you think Ubuntu is becoming less customizable? Is that a good thing? (I dont think so)

I think Gnome 3 may include more features in the future , it is new and because some things are no longer available doesn't they won't be . I guess we will have to wait and see .

I guess so. I love the unity interface as a whole, but these little things kinda bug me :P
