Xubuntu 11.10 allows put buttons in notify-osd messages. Like pidgin or banshee.
How can I do that in my command 'notify-send....'?

Do you mean emoticons?

No, for example, when anybody in my contact-list become online pidgin show me the message with notify-osd. And on it there is button "Show" (may be over text I have ru locale). In banshee- button with text "Skip this item". I wrote bash-script, which checks my e-mail and informs me about new mail with 'notify-send' command. And I want button "Open thunderbird" on popup message.
Sorry for my English, but on forum.ubuntu.ru anybody can't help me :)

I think notify-osd is non-interactive isn't it? No buttons or actions allowed on notifications?

In GNOME/Unity- yes it is. But in XFCE- it sometimes has buttons (pidgin, banshee...) and it's very comfortably!!
