Hello Community. I had an old partion that I had xp on and had long ago erased. today I installed windows 7 on it. Now, when the computer boots up it doesnt give me the choose to pick ubuntu or windows; it just goes straight to windows. How to get linux back???

Boot your computer using a LiveCD/Usb in 'Try' mode. When you have a Desktop to use open a terminal (Ctrl+Alt+T) and type in
sudo update-grub when that has finished reboot and you should now have a Grub menu to choose from.
