I am in the process of learning Vala, and am killing two birds with one stone and also learning SDL.
I am following this example, https://live.gnome.org/Vala/SDLSample, but the events don't appear to be firing. I try to close the window and nothing happens. I have to force quit the application.
Is it maybe because I am using valac 0.14.0 ?
