Xubuntu multiple computer installation with identical programmes

I have 50 computer arounds. We use some special programmes. I want that to install one installation to Virtualbox with my special programmes and copy it to usb. With that usb i want to install 50 computers.

How can i create a installed copy of my system and copy them to 50 computers. Please give me some tips about it.

What about remastersys. I can have a iso file by using sudo remastersys backup.

After i have iso what programme do i need to use for creating an usb installer.

Im having remastersys command when my xubuntu is running in virtual box? Is it a problem?

If it is fail, i will try clonezilla.
