I am applying for Ubuntu Membership. Although I have had a few conflicts in the past (2 1/2 yrs ago) that resulted in infractions, I feel I have made a complete turnaround and have done my best to be a helpful and considerate member of the Ubuntu Community. I am a staunch supporter of Ubuntu, and will continue to strive to be the best, most helpful person I can be, whether on the forums, IRC, and on the streets of my hometown.

I usually don't post to the Ubuntu forums but I'd like to say a few words about Wolfen. He has maintained my Ubuntu for a couple of years now and has installed and tweaked it to near perfection on a number of occasions. I believe he deserves and should be shown a bit of recognition for the help he provides unselfishly.

Though having knowledge on Buntu matters I don't like the style and attitude, for example here:

To make it even more ironic, while posting in the thread the signature was 'Less fighting and more working together'.

While I agree with morgæs in that I'm not sure I always like your style (not that I'm any better), you have contributed rather a lot. And you have helped me on numerous occasions. I think you'd make a good ubuntu member around here, and I guess it's high time you did, judging by the join date.

Seriously if you go to the fedora forum the admins are way less patient then that. Ppl come back here for support not to listens someone's opinions about a matter, for that we have the caffe section.
