Do you mean a debian package (*.deb)? Please provide more info about what exactly you need.

Yes. My mean of debian files this is.
My friend wanting to build a debian file for iPhone (Apple) to show info from him store .
And i want to build the debian packages for linux (Ubuntu or any distribution of linux) for when i to install the debian package, debian check the other depends libraries for install it.
