If I set the system to login automatically the cursor changes from white to black (different theme ??) and things slow down terribly. I get a cursor wait when opening applications (nautilus) that last for several seconds and all around slowdown. If I login normally at the lightdm screen even without requiring a password all is normal . I've tried just about everything I can think of to no avail.
