Hi, I want to create a USB installer of Kubuntu 11.10, the last time I tried this with Kubuntu 10.10, I remember getting an error about "No CD ROM detected" and being force to use the Desktop installer.

Turns out this problem no longer affects 11.10

However untetbootin causes an error at "select and install software" while startupdisk creator fails at "syslinux ***" prompt.

dd if=/a.iso of=/dev/sdX works however.
