unable to boot ubuntu 11.10 after install

hi

i have a problem after install ubuntu i just get black screen and my keyboard and mouse freeze

when i try acpi=off i can boot and the ps2 keyboard work but my optical usb mouse freeze

i have GIGABYTE GA-MA69VM-S2

note: installed using wubi
