Dock a website

I'm looking to dock a webpage vertically on the top of my desktop.

I've been finding many great docking applications, but I can't find any that support viewing a web page?

Wondering if someone can help point me in the right direction. Thanks!

not sure what you mean by docking, but I think you can accomplish what you want with a screenlet, even if you have to edit one of the screenlets to fit the size you need
