Flash for 11.04

Hi

I have just upgraded from verion 10 to 11.04. I have been trying to get flash installed and can't find it. looked on the website and can't find a download.

I'm pretty much a novice at this can anyone help.

Are you using 32-bit or 64 bit?

Install the flash-aid add on to Firefox, restart and run the script (the pink icon with a f in the middle on the Firefox addon bar) in wizard mode.
