good day!

Does anyone know how to install the plymount theme of 9.10 onto 11.10.

I really like the simplicity of the bootscreen of 9.10.
black with glowing ubuntu logo.

I hope someone will help me and provide a tut for me.
thank you.

Did you mean Plymouth?

If yes, then follow this Link (http://ubuntuguide.net/install-latest-stable-plymouth-manager-and-plenty-of-themes-in-ubuntu).

The exact same theme as 9.10, if it is available in PPA then you should not have any problems installing it.
