Help installing a theme

I need help installing a theme and I cant get into root. I wanted to use a theme called glow 1.0.4. I have tried to install it using gnome tweaks. Is there a way I could install it?

In order to help us solve your problem, perhaps you could post a link to the theme you want to install. Also post a link to the installation instructions for this theme if you can.
Activating the root account is not recommended in Ubuntu.
You should not ever need to activate the root account just to install a theme anyway.
