Is there something that support that kind of stuff?
I have been googling a bit and find only scrybe software but that seems to be only for *******.
Does somebody know of a software like that?

If you want to launch programs with a mouse gesture, I'd recommend Easystroke (it's in the Software Centre), which works almost exactly like Scrybe. It doesn't come with any pre-defined gestures, but it's easy to make your own.
