I just installed ubuntu for the first time and I tried to make a video call on skype but my video didn't work. I used the app Cheese to see if any other programs work with my webcam and it does. so as far as I can tell, skype video chat is the only thing that's not working.
I'm sure this question has been answered before but I can't seem to understand what in the world everyone is saying. Linux lingo is like chinese to me. so If someone could walk me through what I need to do as though I was an 80 year old illiterate who's still impressed by the microwave, I'd appreciate it.
