Minimize, Restore and close buttons.

I really do not like those Minimize, Restore and close buttons at the right side. PLease tell how to migrate them to the right side of the window? My ubuntu version is 11.10............

I use the window manager settings in Ubuntu Tweak . Make sure to get the correct version for 11.10 , the PPA is linked on the main page . http://ubuntu-tweak.com/
