Kubntu KDE wireless manager problems

First off I can't remove any of the wireless access points that I have used on the wireless manager in KDE, and yes, this is a new install. I also can't connect to the wireless access point after that first time I had connected. Any one know what the problem is??

go to package manager and then reinstall network manager

what version of kubuntu?

have you updated?

did you install connected to a cable, and have you excepted to run updates during the install?
