Specs:
Dell Dimension E520
Original OS : Windows Vista
Graphics Card: MSI GeForce 9500GT 512MB DDR2 PCI Express
Processor: Q67000
Network card: Airlink Awlh6070

Booting off of CD with vista already installed.
I want to make Ubuntu the only OS.

Every time I boot off the cd(32 bit), it never reaches language selection, it always has the dots loading and then gets stuck saying "Waiting for Network Configuration"

thank you.

Me too (for the 1000th time.)

Although if you wait patiently it gets past it and my network works fine.. but I have to wait unnecessarily long every time when rebooting.

What happens when you reboot?

What happens when you reboot?

I have to wait 3 or 4 minutes at the "Stuck on Waiting for Network Configuration" screen before it proceeds to boot normally.

have you ever figured out why? Is it a network card issue?
