Hello all,
I have just installed ubuntu 11.10 on ACER Aspire 5738G with 64bit. I managed to set proxy in such a way that I can update and install and browse the internet.The only problem is to make eclipse or netbeans connect to the net.I have set it on netbeans based on i.e proxy.d.domain.com:8080 and provided the authentication credentials:
it does not work
any help appreciated
