Ubuntu for new smaller Tablets (KindleFire/NookTab)

Hello, I've been debating getting one of these newer smaller super cheep tablets, the Kindle Fire or the Nook Tablet so that I can read on the bus and I can use it at work too.

Do you know of any projects to put Ubuntu on these already?
