Compiz Question

In KDE, when you slide from one desktop to another, the wallpaper doesn't move, but the applications do. Is there a setting in compiz that has the same effect in unity?

Anyone have any idea on if this is a configuration that is available? I love the visual effect.

I cant recall a compiz setting like that.
