Ubuntu website can be accessed in two ways:
1. http://www.ubuntu.com
2. http://www.ubuntu.com/Welcome

#1 is most accessed by users and its not updated.
#2 is updated.

Please change the links so that users who tries to access #1 are directed to #2 which is the updated one.

Thank you.

Open it both to see the difference..
Its not the same.

I automatically set my browser to clear all tracks: cache, history, etc in everytime firefox closes.

Its not just in 1 computer. But all computers here. Even in another internet cafe.

This might be some proxy problem. I am getting updated ubuntu.com here.

Post a screenshot.

What are you seeing?

In firefox, and konqueror, both sites are the same.. four generic corporate images at the top, and the Ubuntu 6.06 LTS with Long Term Support.

Speaking of that, I wonder if they are still looking I could defo do with the extra work but I doubt someone as big as them would take my portfolio of only minor CMS sites :(
