i download the new ubuntu but i cannot install it cuz the back light is black and i cant see any thing but the installation is working but i cant see to choose any thing my lap is acer aspire 5332 plz help

A bit of confusion here as to what is working.
Can you see anything, under any conditions, on the laptop screen?
What about the installation is working - have you started the install process (and how)?
