Hi,
i would have some question as im trying around with Dualboot System on a Laptop (2 Linux, NOT Windows) and an encrypted Harddrive.
Currently id have Xubuntu installed with these seperate partitions:
/
/boot
/home
swap
Testwise i have shrinked the /home partition in LVM so i have now some space free for a Dualboot installation.
While playing around installing the 2nd Ubuntu id came across these problems im not sure what is best here:
1. Can i use the same swap Partition in both Installations ? If it is formated during installation, does it get a new UUID so i need to change fstab on the first Installation ?
2. Do both installations need their own unencrypted /boot or can it be the same partition ?
regards
