I'm having some problems with the Gnome Shell themes. Every time I apply a shell theme besides "Default" I get a mess like this:

You can see a global menu with a flat grey panel behind the Gnome panel. Any ideas of the cause? Because it's irritating not being able to enjoy these Gnome shell themes. ;)
