Icon in front of window controls

Hello,

I am using Blueproximity for locking/unlocking my acer aspire 7730G laptop
but it displays a small icon which happens to be in front of the button to close or minimize the window.

I have already uninstalled and reinstalled blueproximity and i have an area in the top panel for notification icons (like the icon for tweetdeck, the yellow one in the screenshot)
the tweetdeck icon first showed up beside the blueproximity icon but after I added the notificationbar it moved to the panel, the blueproximity icon won't and I can't move it.

does someone know what's going wrong and what to do,
because I couldn't find anything on google.
