I have got the installation on the usb stick and it is working fine. I want to make the remastered iso of the same sto that I can reuse it.

Is there a way I can take the backup using remastersys or there is any other tool.

Remastersys should do it.

I understand remastersys needs 5GB space in /tpm directory which is not there in my usb drive.

Considered that possibility but didn't know how large the USB drive was.

There is probably a way to offload /tmp to a hard drive, assuming the system has one but I don't know how to do it.

Its a 8GB disk and the space constrain is not due to files in /tmp. . .
its the total size of the disk and data in it.

I understand that remastersys is not supported . . :(
Hope there comes an easy to use tool for creating and backing up
your installation.
