I figured this would be a good topic since most of the Ubuntu Forums-goers are tea-drinkers of some kind.

I'm a personal fan of peppermint and English breakfast teas.

I like all kinds of tea. Green, black, herbal.... as long as it's decaf.

Celestial Seasonings' Black Cherry Berry Herbal. I'm not sure if this counts as "real tea" or not but I find it tasty.

All kinds, really. I keep a pretty good supply of tea in my house. In particular, I drink a lot of green tea, Irish Breakfast, Earl Grey, and masala chai.

Earl Grey, English Blend ('normal' tea) and Rooibos however the latter might officially not be tea.

Twinings Everday is the gold standard for me.

But for a truly out of this world brew, try Clipper English Breakfast Blend. It'll knock your socks off, guaranteed :)

HAHA excellent a thread I can really jump in on!

My flatmates have teased me for years about this, but I have a sort of tea regime - not official, it's just what I seem to fancy on a work day -

Wake up to peppermint green tea
Pick up a really strong black breakfast tea as I rush through Victoria station
Drink normal breakfast tea with milk and one sugar all day until its time to rush back through Victoria, (regrettably no tea here - usually some kind of soft drink for the packed trains)
I get home and have a loose leaf tea - I'm partial to early grey and jasmine white tea personally.
I may well have another breakfast tea during the evening
I usually take a red bush tea to bed - only half gets drunk usually.

My name is Jon, and I have a problem!

Standard black tea, with one sugar. In the past I was a pretty big coffee drinker, but over the last year I have switched to tea.

tea is rarely consumed in my house, me and the wife have to be relaxed to enjoy it, being constantly on the move, it's always coffee.

when we do get the chance and think we can relax, lipton green is comforting.

we don't do cream and sugars, we like to taste the tea without flavor enhancements.

As a Yank... (Tea U.S.A. (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=azrPr7O0pfY)) I usually drink an Orange Pekoe/black Ice Tea. Sometimes I enjoy it with fresh ginger brewed with it. Earl Grey hot or iced is always good. I have not tried many other types of tea besides the fruity-tootie herbal teas that someone always seems to offer.

I ordered a tea once and the guy behind the counter said, "ohhh raspberry tea or (some other flavored crap)?" I responded with "Do you have any tea flavored tea?"

Yeah, it's best to say "I don't want a tisane, I want a tea!".

Only herbal tea nowadays... Rooibos is a surefire winner.
(Especially with the one that comes with added vanilla.)
I also like the teas from http://www.londonfruitandherb.co.uk/

And I also drink lots of strange herbal teas... Tonight I'm drinking
Field Horsetail tea fortified with a wee pinch of Caraway.

Lately I've also been drinking some mint tea too. Not bad.

yogi makes this tea called green tea kombucha which is my absolute favorite. i don't know if kombucha tea is a general type of tea, but that particular brand is amazing. aside from that, i lean pretty heavily on earl grey, but i'm really open to everything depending on whatever mood i'm in at the particular moment of getting tea.

oh. another particular brand i like is sleepytime. that stuff is tasty.
