Hi.
I upgraded to (11.10) from (11.04). I think I should try to see how Unity work. But it's lack fundamenals so I
sudo apt-get install gnome-session-fallback.
Anyway, a problem I have had since upgrade is that the sound get metallic, disorted and after a time the sound totally disappear. Only way I have found is to open sound-preference by right-click on the speaker in the right over corner on the screen, and poke a little on the setting. I don't need to change anything, just poke litte on menues and stuff, and the sound workes fine for a while.
Any idea to solve this spooky bug?
PS. I now noted that the metallic disorted sound may be alright again by it self, but after a wjile it can come back again :(
