Pnl.gov mirrors?

I was going through the ubuntu packages to grab the ubuntu-keyring for my oneiric chroot building on debian.

I clicked the first download link, mirror.pnl.gov, and lo and behold! The connection was refused :)

Anyone know anything about this mirror?
