Using windows 7 I go to www.ubuntu.com/downloads; click on run it with windows; click on download (ubuntu installer for windows;I click on keep; it downloads wubi.exe; i click on wubi.exe I click on yes in user account control window; I get an error message ryrun - no disk There is no disk in the drive.Insert a disk into drive. divice/hardisk2/dr2.
I get the save results if I use the downloaded iso disk with wubi file on the disk.
The same CD was used to install Ubuntu on three laptops using the wubi.exe It failed to work on 2 desktop computers

This is a known bug. If you have something like a card reader, remove it or just click through the messages and the install should proceed.

By click continue several the window opened and I was able to install Ubuntu using the wubi winows installer. All works fine thanks
