Open a terminal and attempt what it recommends, i.e. sudo apt-get --reinstall install chromium

See if that clears it up.

devarshi@devarshi-desktop:~$ sudo apt-get --reinstall install chromium
[sudo] password for devarshi:

Package chromium is not available, but is referred to by another package.
This may mean that the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or
is only available from another source
However the following packages replace it:
chromium-bsu
