software download proplem

I'm trying to install softwares using ubuntu download center but this message appear

other computers on the same network have not the same problem and my computer is connected to the Internet.

sudo apt get updatesi le probleme perssiste
Tape

sudo synapticdans le menu configuration
choisi depots
ensuite choisi logiciels ubuntu assure toi qu'il sont tousse cocher
choisi l’anglet autre logiciels
coche les deux derniers

et refait le test
