I have xubuntu 10.10 on my computer. When I run the update manager, only 11.04 is shown up as a new release. I've made sure that the release upgrade was set to "normal release". So my question is, do I have to upgrade to 11.04 first in order to get 11.10, or something is wrong?

Thanks.

what is possible:
-LTS -> LTS
- previous -> next

so you cant directly jump over a release.

you confused me a bit with these two symbolic lines :confused:

So do you mean I have to upgrade to 11.04 first?

From 10.10 you need to first upgrade to 11.04 and than upgrade to 11.10. Your are only able to upgrade LTS versions from one LTS to the other LTS.
