Hi,
I have followed the instructions on and made a bootable USB stick with Ubuntu 11.10.
Then I reboot and choose "Try Ubuntu..." (I have also tried Default).
Ubuntu then shows "UBUNTU" text and some dots changing colors, but the graphical user interface with "Welcome" etc never shows.
I end up in a Ubuntu command prompt...?!
Can the reason be that I choose to make a persistent file for storing changes?
My computer is a Nokia Booklet 3G. Since this is a netbook, maybe I should use the netbook version of Ubuntu (UNE)?
Regards
