i just bought the humble indie bundle, and none of the games support joypad, so i figured there would be a simple program to map joystick input to keystrokes... and i found a few.
rejoystick, qjoypad, etc...
(i saw one thread on here but it looked like computer codign and i had no idea what to make of it)
but none of these show up in ubuntu software center, and downloading the .gz files and trying to figure out how to install it is beyond me. i've spent 4 hours now and i give up. does anyone know of a program that is easliy installed in ubuntu 11.10 64bit or perhaps a link to install instructions that are for soemone who doesnt have teh time or energy to learn computer speak?
