I've created a package that I'm sure will be useful for other people in my country.
A short background: for better or for worse, we're required to use a centralized authentication server for communication with municipalities in my country. The option includes support for encrypting and signing documents. Unfortunately, Linux support is rather poor, but my package is able to remedy several of the shortcomings. My question is: where do I find documentation on how to request a package for inclusion in one of the Ubuntu repositories?
