How to get back to Ubuntu 11.04 form 11.10

I have just recently updated to Ubuntu 11.10, and I dislike it very much (especially the hover click function). Is there any way I can uninstall Ubuntu 11.10 and go back to 11.04? Thanks I much appreciate the help.
