Drag and drop works so does copy and paste. As has been previously stated, we do need more information to provide you with an answer. Without it we are just guessing.

From you directory on your hard drive or a CD drive you simply open one file browser at your file(s) and one browser at your USB stick. Then drag and drop!

From picasa you use your internet browser (Firefox) to download the file(s). If you want to you can download them directly to your USB stick. Otherwise download to your hard drive and then drag and drop to your stick!

I don't use Picasa myself, but assume that it should be possible with any browser to download single pictures. But according to the following link, you need to install Picasa to download entire albums.

As far as I know, Picasa is run via Wine in Linux, but in such a way, that it should be easy to follow the instructions on the internet.

Have fun finding out :-)

Hi again,

Here is a step by step instruction to save a picture with Firefox to a USB stick.

Look at a picture for example
https://picasaweb.google.com/110003558527670900853/VissendeFuut?feat=featured#5587779403956531474 (https://picasaweb.google.com/110003558527670900853/VissendeFuut?feat=featured#5587779403956531474)
right-click on the picture (a nice one courtesy of Jan Althof)
select Save Image as
and browse in the window to your USB drive according to the attached picture
click on Save

Have fun finding out :-)
