11.10 Unity: Want double-click on title bar to minimize, not maximize, window

I upgraded one of my machines from 11.04 to 11.10; on that machine, when I double-clock on the title bar of the window, the window is minimized to the dash. I like that behavior.

I did a clean install of 11.10 on another machine, and on that machine, when I double-click the title bar, it maximizes the window.

How can I configure the new install to behave like the old install?
