Hello to all!
I would like your opinion about a light application with GUI that can convert my audio cd's to mp3.

Thank you!

It is very simple - I suggest giving it a try

If you don't like it, you can just remove it.

I use Ripit. A terminal application, not GUI.

Put in Music CD, type in Terminal: ripit

That's it. Couldn't be easier...

Hi,

Sound converter will convert music files already on your hard disk.

The package sound-juicer will rip your cds to your hard disk.

Make sure you change the output to mp3 in the preferences as it defaults to ogg.

That sounds pretty simple -

If you do look at Sound Converter down the track, you will need the gstreamer plugin for mp3.

All the best - :)
