Hi

Dont quite understand the question, but:

Download the 11.10 iso file from the ubuntu.com site.

Install unetbootin on your existing system

Use unetbootin to burn the 11.10 install iso to the 8GB pen drive. It will wuipe the existing contents of the pen drive.

Before you use the newly created pendrive to install 11.10 on any computer, do a full backup of the computers data, even if you are just doing an upgrade to a ubuntu system.

Hope this helps
